Delivery Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days and delivered within 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
Cash on Delivery: We provide a Cash on Delivery (COD) option, allowing you to pay for your order upon delivery.
Shipping Charges: A flat shipping rate will apply at checkout based on your location. In some regions, additional fees may apply.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your package until it reaches you.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase with us. Please review our Return and Exchange policy for smooth support.

Return Eligibility: Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. We kindly request that you inspect your items upon delivery and reach out to us within 3 days if there is an issue.
Conditions for Return: To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please keep all original receipts and packaging materials.
Exchange: We currently do not offer exchanges. However, if your product is defective, we will replace it at no additional cost.
Refund Process: Once your return is approved, we will process a refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or we may offer store credit if preferred.
